This is 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment in Cobble Hill, Brooklyn. The apartment also features a deck, and the building has a backyard that's accessible to all tenants. Living room, kitchen, actual dining area, all normal apartment stuff. The available bedroom has an odd shape in that it's oblong, but it's liveable. It's the room with the orange pull-out couch in the photos (which are kind of old but the apartment hasn't changed much). The last roommate decided that it was comfortable enough to call it a bed, but to each their own. Utilities include electricity, cable, and Internet, and run somewhere between $80-$110/month per person. First, last, and security to move-in.

This is a pre-war brownstone built in 1896. The apartment is on the third floor of the building. There are two other units in this building, and the first floor apartment has access to the backyard. We're all 'young professionals'. The building is on a residential block, with several laundromats and bodegas nearby. It's pretty quiet save for the annual summer block party.

Cobble Hill is awesome and has a bunch of great bars and restaurants. You won't run out of things to do here and you'll never go hungry. The F train is about a block and a half away and will get you into Manhattan in about 15 minutes. Milk Bar is right by the subway, so that means you can get milk and cookies on your way home work (or on your way to? I won't judge.).

I'm a 32 year old guy and have lived in this apartment for about three years. I'm gainfully employed and don't plan on moving anytime soon. I'm allergic to cats and the building doesn't allow dogs, so that's a no on pets. Bonus: I'm tall, which is good for reaching tall shelves and warding off ghosts. The landlord is great, the super is about as dependable as they get, and I'm hoping that you're employed or in school with a steady income. Being late with rent reflects poorly on me, so don't do that. Don't be a total slob either, because that's gross.

No sublets and a six month minimum commitment. Sound good? Let's talk.
